Submission Guidelines
The International Journal of Advanced Engineering Application (IJAEA) welcomes submissions from researchers, academicians, engineers, and professionals from around the world. To maintain high standards of academic publishing, all authors are expected to follow the journal’s submission requirements, ethical standards, and formatting instructions. IJAEA is committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and efficient submission process that ensures manuscripts are evaluated fairly and with academic rigor.
Manuscript Requirements
Authors must submit only original, unpublished work that is not under consideration by any other journal. Submissions should be prepared in clear, professional English and must be formatted in MS Word (.doc or .docx). Authors are required to follow the IJAEA manuscript template (available in the Downloads section of the journal website). Each manuscript should contain the following essential elements:

- Author name(s) and affiliation(s) with complete institutional details
- Abstract (150–250 words) summarizing the objectives, methods, results, and significance of the work
- Keywords(4–6 words or phrases)
- Introduction outlining the background, problem statement, and objectives
- Methodology / Materials and Methods describing the research design, experiments,simulations, or models used
- Results and Discussionpresenting key findings, supported by figures, tables, and analysis
- Conclusionsummarizing contributions, limitations, and possible future work
- Referencesformatted according to APA style (7th edition)
Figures, tables, and equations must be clearly numbered, properly labeled, and cited within the text. High-resolution images are preferred to maintain quality in publication. IJAEA accepts a wide variety of contributions, including Research Articles, Review Papers, Case Studies, Short Communications, Technical Notes, Applied Reports, and Extended Papers (expanded versions of conference papers).
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to IJAEA undergo a peer-review process to ensure originality, technical soundness, and contribution to the field of engineering and applied sciences. The review process is carried out by subject experts, and feedback is provided within an average of 5–7 working days.
Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewer comments. Revised submissions are re-evaluated to ensure that the suggested improvements have been incorporated. The editorial team makes final acceptance decisions based on quality, clarity, and relevance to the scope of the journal.

Upon receipt, authors will receive a confirmation email acknowledging submission. It is the responsibility of authors to ensure their work complies with ethical standards, including proper citation of sources and permissions for any copyrighted content.
Post-Acceptance Process
Once a manuscript is accepted, it is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI)Once a manuscript is accepted, it is assigned a permanent web presence, secure archiving, and reliable citation tracking. Authors are then required to pay the publication fee,which covers:
- DOI registration
- Open-access hosting on the journal’s website
- Indexing in leading scholarly databases
- Official certificates of publication for all contributing authors
